Many students rely on free and reduced price lunches at school. Arlington EATS (Eat All Through the Summer and school year) feeds children when school is not in session, working to ensure no child goes hungry in Arlington. EATS coordinates with local businesses and non-profits to supply free meals at a local elementary school for all families who sign up. I worked with EATS representatives to create a strategic plan. As part of this plan, we hosted a consensus building workshop to design a vision and goals for the project, generating buy-in for and ownership of the resulting strategy through ToP meeting facilitation. We also designed a social media strategy for increasing SEO and spreading the message about the organization.
The Arlington Author Salon is the first free reading series of its kind in Arlington, an immersive, literary experience that draws Greater Boston area authors to read their published work in the lively, supportive environment of the Kickstand Café. I assisted with website design, social media strategy, event publicity and planning, and logistical execution.

I assisted with the design of a program to build community advocacy, including using an existing strategic plan and stated goals to create a work plan, evaluation matrix, and logic model.
